Ginger Wraps Eliminate the Mucus from the Lungs Literally Overnight and Stops Severe Coughing

We can all agree that catching a cold is one of the worst feelings. Having no energy to move, being unable to sleep and function, are just some of the effects that a cold can have on your body. However, the most annoying one might be the constant throat itch that makes you cough and cough your lungs out. In order to avoid prescribed cough syrups which can contain harmful chemicals, try this simple ginger based wrap.

What you need for the wrap:

  • Honey
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • A small amount of ginger powder (about a tablespoon)
  • Napkins
  • Adhesive tape
  • Gauze

Preparation process:

Make a mixture of honey and a small amount of flour with some olive oil, and when mixed add ginger powder. Mix thoroughly and then transfer the mixture onto a clean napkin, wrapping a gauze around it. Fix the gauze to your chest with adhesive tape. Adults should keep the wrap on overnight, and children for no more than 3 hours.

The wrap will make you sweat, so don’t be alarmed.

If you’re willing to experiment, you can also use aluminum foil and coconut oil in place of gauze and olive oil.
