2-Ingredient Homemade Sauerkraut Recipe That Fights fat and Inflammation

Food can often leave us with specific consequences when it comes to our health and mood. However, consuming fermented foods eliminates such worries since it will leave us in a better mood and with much more energy. They encourage the growth of good bacteria that break down lactose and sugars in food, making it easier for our bodies to digest them. They also help in repelling bad bacteria such as Escherichia Coli. The most common fermented foods are sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, yogurt, kombucha, raw pickles, lassi, and tempeh. Good bacteria, in general, take care of the balance in our organisms by fighting off diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease. However, sometimes they get destroyed, especially by antibiotics, therefore, we need probiotic supplements to make up for the loss.  Start consuming more probiotics in your daily diet with this amazing and easy sauerkraut recipe.
